Here at Chadwick Studio we have a system of Tiered Pricing. This allows those stylists with more education and experience to earn more.
How to choose a stylist: Which is your primary concern?
A. Price
B. Experience
If you chose A, stick to stylists with a lower level (level 1 or 2.) You will still receive an excellent, precision basic haircut or color application and a professional recommendation for home hair-care.
If you chose B, stick to stylists with a higher level (levels 3 or 4). As stated earlier, these stylists have had more education and therefore have a few more tricks up there sleeves. You will receive advanced color placement & specialty color (including color corrections if needed) and an excellent precision haircut with advanced finish work that will cause heads to turn! You will also receive a Professional recommendation for home hair-care and a lesson on how to maintain and recreate your new look.
Whether you choose A or B, we are so sure that you will be pleased that we will guarantee our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, return within 14 days and we will Re-Do it for free.

Assistant Program
We also have an assistants program here at Chadwick Studio. Our program lasts 6 months depending upon the skill level and motivation of the assistant. We require assistants to learn all aspects of the salon. Our main motivation is to train our stylists to be the very best they can be and to do this in the least amount of time. We require classes with live models in addition to your usual assisting duties. Along with hair designing skills, we also teach client marketing, client retention, business and life skills. Our program is geared toward the stylist who wants to remain a stylist, and stylists who want to become educators themselves. Either is possible once you graduate from our program.
